Blue Bottle Coffee has its own interesting story (you can check it out here!). This one in Aoyama, Tokyo is one of their Japan's outlets. It has a simple, minimalist, and clean ambience but the wood materials make it warm and welcomed. It is always packed, not just because it's located in one of the busiest area in Tokyo, but also people seek for its coffees (and also merchandises). The concrete walls, the lightings, they are all very much fit to Japan designs.
